Fresh picked Cedar from just outside Sequim, and apples from Collins Family Orchards.

Cascade hops make for a great nose and an apple finish.

This is great with most basic spirits.

You can find this flavor at the West Seattle farmers market. Delivery to Good Bar in pioneer square scheduled for Saturday.
