Fermented Ginger Beer

We are now brewing alcoholic ginger beer! It starts with our original recipe: Ginger, Water, Lemon, Organic cane sugar, Sage and Thyme. 

Fermentation happens using sake yeast, so it stays gluten free. We have our flagship Imperial ginger, and our seasonal sessioner the South Sound Pounder coming in at a little less alcohol and fun seasonal flavors.
